Just a small posting for now to keep everyone going. I'm also going to try something a little different. I love editing mixes and all but I also love mashing things up and trying to create some of my own...

This is the newest one Im working on and while it still needs to have things tweaked (the track needs to be transposed still to make the chords the same key as the vocals) Im really happy with the structure of the mix itself.

I love the vocal for this and while Love To Infinity hasn't changed their sound in quite sometime, I find it no more dated than anything Moto Blanco (or dare I even say The Freemasons with a few exceptions) has done recently. I can't wait for the other mixes of this to surface and if ANYONE can tell me why the hell we don't have Kristine's "Power Of Music" CD yet, I'd LOVE to know!!**

Now we all know that I love me some Kristine W but honestly, this was an equation that equalled success from the get go!

And it's true, "The Boss" is Kristine's 10th number one single!!! Congrats to her!!

There's something in this package for everyone. Really. There's over 75 minutes of music on the single!! Totally a bargain and a really great purchase! DJ's Are Alive is what happens when you get real isntruments into the hands of dance music artists. The group is comprised of The Scumfrog, DJ Skribble, Kristine W, D:Fuse and the Static Revenger. All of which have great music under their belt. All of them on one stage, all of them alternating behind the decks, and whoever is not spinning is playing live instruments. It is the ultimate hybrid of DJ Culture and Live Music; the collective that sounds like a DJ set and looks like a band!

I'm hoping the we will one day get more music from them, but till then, this is what we did get...

Ok, I saw this and couldn't resist cause really, wouldn't YOU want to spend your Thanksgiving with Kristine W while she's petting a giant turkey? Haha!!

In the spirit of both Kristine W and Thanksgiving, I decided to do these.

Kristine is set to (any day now!) come out with a new CD ("The Power Of Music") which includes her cover version of Diana Ross' "The Boss" which I was lucky enough to get a copy of DJ Paul Goodyear's mix (albeit not the highest quality but passible). I believe the one that's going to make it onto the CD is the Tracy Young mix but since this is all I have I, of course, edited it for everyone here!

What can I possibly say about Miss Kristine W?

She is arguably the best voice in dance music we've got. She's gorgeous, multi-talented (she plays numerous instruments) and she hold the Billboard record for the the most number one consecutive dance songs by any artist (beating out Madonna & Janet Jackson).

Till Celine Dion came to Las Vegas, she was Vegas' highest paid performer! Vegas actually designated a "Kristine W Day"!

Mother of 2 and a survivor of Acute Mycleod Leukemia, nothing has stopped her from getting out her messages of hope and positivity.

I've met her on several accounts and her talent is backed up by her bubbly and down-to-earth personality. I really can't say enough about this woman!

Part of what makes Kristine so great is her ability to work with producers who know how to get the best out of her.

To me, I truly believe that Junior Vasquez (pictured here with Kristine) is able to do just that.

He was the first person to introduce her to club land one magical night at Soundfactory in NYC when she walked out onto the stage and no one could believe she was actually a white girl!!

Since then, their collaborations have resulted in some amazing pieces of clubland drama!

- Long before Offer Nissim made his way to America, he was a superstar DJ hailing from Tel Aviv. Over in Tel Aviv, and only available as imports, were 3 CD's he released including one of all original productions/mixes. The CD titled "Offer Nissim" included the "Intro Mix" of this song which is something that Offer is famous for doing. He lives for the drama (watch him DJ for 30 min!) and you'll see what I mean when you hear this.
